Please join us for our quarterly wellness and writing retreat. The cost begins at $250 and includes healthy meals, accommodations for two nights at two deluxe cabins in the Idaho mountains, materials, speakers, writing workshops, gentle yoga, fireside chats, individual readings, and wellness workshops. The retreat is located in Garden Valley, Idaho, approximately one hour's drive north of Boise. Limited spaces are available, and tickets are non-refundable after April 15. This retreat is sponsored by Mill Park Publishing of Eagle and Balance Family Fitness of Meridian, Idaho.

Friday, May 1

4:30 – 6:00 pm - Check in – Cabin 1
Unpacking/settling in (Cabin 2)
Nature actives and intention setting, explore the grounds
6:00 pm - Dinner – Cabin 1 - Baked wild-caught salmon with kale and pineapple
Mango-chickpea – cucumber salad, Quinoa pasta with tomato sauce
Balsamic-glazed strawberries with coconut gelato
8:00 pm - Fireside Chat - Cabin 1

Saturday, May 2

7:00 – 8:00 am Sunrise Yoga & Meditation – Cabin 2
8:30 am - Breakfast - Vegan green smoothies (vegan protein powder option)

9:30 am - Writing Workshop: What Inspires You? – Cabin 1
12:00 pm - Lunch - Sweet & Crunchy Salad Bar
1:00 pm - Hike & hot springs OR relax & write

4:00 pm – Self-Worth Workshop – Cabin 1
5:00 pm - Free time – read, write, relax
6:00 pm Dinner - Vegan chili, Quinoa, Garbanzo bean blondies
8:00 pm - Fireside Chat, poetry slam, conversation starters, sharing – Cabin 2
